I haven’t ate Jamaican food in months. Because I was not satisfied wit the restaurants in this area. But my mother wanted vegetables and a piece of meat from this restaurant that I NEVER knew about. My bff knew about it and she took me there. I explained to the owner why I didn’t eat Jamaican food & he told me if u don’t like it u can bring it back. Well he got my vote. His food is VERY delicious and he gets a 10/10 from me. Oxtails is the BOMB and I will MOST definitely be back to try the Rasta Pasta next. Thank u for the great customer service & VERY satisfying food that you provide. I will MOST definitely be back and that’s a promise. U got my vote for sure. Y’all go try it out…I PROMISE u like the girl in the restaurant told me…u won’t regret it and she was right thanks again 😊😉🥰🫶🏾

I'd been craving some good jamaican food and reading the reviews, And what people are saying about Rodrick and his cooking is 100% true! Everything fall off the bone tender! Flavorful and delicious! The mango ginger juice drink was phenomenal. Thank you to Rodrick for taking such great care of me and hooking it up! I had to try it all jerk chicken platter and braised oxtail are soo good! I absolutely loved the atmosphere and could tell that the food was going to be amazing just by Rodricks taste in music. I could taste the love in every single bite! And might I say his food is divine, May God continue to Bless and Keep Rodrick and his family for the rest of their days.

Came here with my mother in law who had visited a few weeks earlier. We are in town visiting, and were keen to check out somewhere different to eat. She's been raving about the goat curry so we were hoping to try some. Unfortunately, they only had one portion left, so she got that (we did get to try some and it was yummy). We enjoyed a Chicken curry, and I loved the chips (fries), but the most delicious dish was the oxtail. So tender and flavourful 😋. We ate in, but mostly you would probably order to go.

A hidden Gem! Kinda hidden. Very polite and family type atmosphere I took one bite of the food and it was delicious. I am very judgmental when it comes to other people’s cooking and when I say it’s good it’s good! The macaroni and cheese was very cheesy😊

Walked in hungry. Walked out extremely happy. Rodrick knows exactly what he’s doing back there in the kitchen. The food was incredible, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. Fusion Hut Bistro knocked it out of the park. No complaints, no leftovers, just a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this restaurant! Already planning my next visit.
